HOSA Mission/Vision Statement

Mission Statement
It is the mission of the Hilliard Ohio Soccer Association (HOSA) to provide all of the residents within the Hilliard City School District (HCSD) the opportunity to play the game of soccer in a safe, fair and secure environment.

Note: The Hilliard City School District is an area of approximately sixty (60) square miles in northwest Franklin County, Ohio. It includes all of Norwich and Brown townships; part of Washington, Franklin and Prairie townships; all of the City of Hilliard, part of the cities of Dublin and Columbus; and less than one square mile of Union County. The school district is the twelfth (12th) largest in Ohio and serves over 13,000 students. Approximately 50% of the students reside in Columbus, 36% in Hilliard and 14% in the townships.


Vision Statement
It is the vision of the Hilliard Ohio Soccer Association (HOSA) to:

Provide self-sustaining best of class facilities for the game of soccer.


Provide all Hilliard City School District (HCSD) residents the opportunity to play the game of soccer in safe environments at levels commensurate to their skills, abilities and competitiveness.


Provide all HCSD residents the opportunity play soccer regardless of their age, sex, race, religion, nation of origin, financial status, abilities or physical and/or mental abilities.


Promote the game of soccer at the local, state and national level so as to increase its popularity.


Provide pubic recognition for HOSA players, coaches, referees, trainers and volunteers.


Exceed the expectations of the players, coaches and referees registered through the Hilliard Ohio Soccer Association


Operate as a 501C3 tax-exempt organization under the United States Federal Tax statutes.
