Coaching License Level:
  Level  C coaching license and continues to learn more about coaching soccer whenever possible

Number of years coached:
  In 12th season coaching for Hilliard FC.  He is also Director of Coaching for the girl’s side of HFC.  In addition he is entering his 9th season coaching the girl’s varsity soccer team at Hilliard Davidson High School. Previously Joe was on the District staff for ODP for 2 years.

Playing experience:
  Coach Divida is a 1998 graduate of Hilliard High School, where he played varsity soccer all 4 years.  He then continued his soccer career at Capital University and was a four year starter and three time captain for the men’s soccer program.  

Greatest achievement as a player:
  His greatest achievement as a player was making it to the 1998 state final four in high school.  

Greatest achievement as a coach:
  In 2008, Davidson high school girls went 16-2-2 for the season, OCC Champs, District champs, and Regional finalist.

Favorite Players and Team:
  HFC  U13 Girls Blue team

What’s the most rewarding thing about coaching youth soccer?
  The most rewarding thing about coaching youth soccer for Joe is teaching kids the fundamentals of soccer and seeing their excitement and joy for the sport.

Interests outside of coaching soccer:
In his spare time Joe enjoys cheering on the Steelers, doing home improvement and spending time with his wife.
