Greatest achievement as a coach: HDvHS Regional Finals 2008, 2009; Watching players I've coached become successful after they leave Hilliard

Favorite Player: Michelle Akers; I've never seen a player overcome such adversity

Favorite Team: Vancouver Whitecaps, Real Madrid or Chelsea

What’s the most rewarding thing about coaching youth soccer? I had one of my high school players that I coached as a club player when she was younger turn to me on the bench during a district final match and say, "I wouldn't be here if it wasn't for you." That was the greatest reward I've ever received.
