Fees INCLUDE regular season games, trainer costs, tournaments (*as noted below), field maintenance, administrative costs, referee cost. Fees do not include cost for uniforms or optional spiritwear or any player travel cost for hotel/food/gas for tournament or games. U15 - U19 teams fees include only one tournament.

- Tournaments included for U9 to U14:
Blue- Cincinnati Cup, Mead Cup, OP Invitational, Red Lion, Pacesetters, and State Cup (or equivalents)
White/Black - Gahanna Fall Classic, Charity Cup, Early Bird, and Starburst, (or equivalents)
- U15 teams fees on up include only one tournament.
All teams may, as a team, decide to attend additional tournament(s) at additional cost .
You can pay online in your account by credit card or send a check to: HOSA P.O. Box 1 Hilliard, OH 43026. If you pay online you need to go to your account and click on the ‘Make Payment’ button found in the ‘Order History’ section near the order that is Pending.
