John has been a competitive youth coach for the past 11 years, and is in his 5th year of coaching with LFC United.  John is currently the LFC United High School Coordinator for the club and also the head coach for Upper Arlington High School JVA Boys team.  John currently holds his USSF Grassroots 7v7 License, USSF Grassroots 11v11 License, USSF National "D" License, and USSF National "E" coaching License.

John was an offensive award winner at Bishop Watterson High School before becoming a 4 year starter, 3 year team captain, and all-league award winner for Ohio Dominican University as a central midfielder.  John spent time playing overseas in Norway, Denmark, Sweden, and Germany against international competition, and had a successful 14 year career in the CPSL men's 1st division, including multiple team championships.

John is passionate about player development, teaching the tactical and technical game correctly, maximizing each player's potential, while promoting a fun, competitive, winning environment.
